What’s included in the Design Membership?

Why is there a 12-month minimum?
SEO results build over time. A 12-month membership gives us the runway to design and launch your site, then keep improving it — while spreading the cost into one monthly fee.
How many requests can I make?
As many as you like. We work on one active request at a time, so every task gets our full attention.
How quickly are requests completed?
Most small requests are turned around quickly. Larger pieces of work, like new pages, are scheduled and agreed with you.
Will you work with my competitors?
Not in your area. Members are exclusive: we work with one business per trade, per agreed area.
